and Alain Gousse launched a new venture with the Restaurant Philippe
Gauvreau; a prestigious location where his talents have been given full

moving forward, Philippe Gauvreau’s cuisine exhibits a fine balance
between generosity and finesse, taste and constantly evolving colours.
